Actually, the hydro-alcoholic formulas have the best "maximum effectiveness." They are the only ones that have been scientifically proven to PENETRATE the skin and deliver the minoxidil the way it should be delivered. The other formulas are interesting but they may do nothing for hair growth, unfortunately.

Reactivate littleextra is useless. It's nowhere close to finasteride, minoxidil and derma rolling in effectiveness for hair loss linked to DHT. Just go by the science. These ppl have some vested interests and hence posting these comments. Don't buy such serums and waste your money.

Just wanted throw it out there, tatoos are really effective. I got my eyebrows tattood "micro shaded" they look great even without makeup and you can't tell. I've been losing hair like crazy from stress, considering a scalp tatoo. Cheaper than a transplant
